• "Member" / "You" / "User" — refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the 09win platform.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account registered by a member using valid personal information to access 09win services.
• "Real Money" — refers to funds in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) deposited by a member into their account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus" — refers to bonus credits, free cash, free spins, or any other promotional incentive offered by 09win to its members.
• "Rollover" / "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a bonus must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as cash.
• "Services" — refers to all games, Sports Betting, lottery, Live Casino, poker, and all other features available on the 09win platform.
• "Fraud" — refers to any attempt to defraud, manipulate, or unlawfully exploit the 09win system, including the use of multiple accounts, collusion, and the use of automated software (bots).

To use the 09win, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Not on Exclusion List: You must confirm that you are not listed on any national gambling exclusion list or blacklist issued by a regulatory authority.

As a member 09win, you have certain rights and responsibilities relating to your account:

• Inactive Account: Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM5 until the balance reaches zero. Members will be notified by email before this fee is applied.

• Transaction Failure: If your deposit fails to process but the amount has already been deducted from your bank account or e-wallet, please contact 09win customer support with proof of transaction within 24 hours.

• Minimum Withdrawal: RM20 per transaction.
• Daily Withdrawal Limit: Up to RM50,000 for accounts that have completed full KYC verification.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform 09win and may result in immediate account termination, freezing of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Duplicate Accounts: Opening, operating, or using more than one 09win account, whether directly or through another person.
• Money Laundering: Using the 09win platform as a channel to launder or transfer illegally obtained funds is a serious criminal offence.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in table games or poker.
• Bug Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes for personal gain.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once, or engaging in matched betting using bonus funds.
• Identity Fraud: Using another person's identity, documents, or personal information to register or verify an account.

• Deposit Limit: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. These limits take effect immediately upon being set, and a 7-day notice period is required to increase any existing limit.

• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age
• Confirmed fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies
• Responsible gaming protection decisions

When an account is terminated for legitimate reasons (not due to a violation), any remaining real-money balance will be refunded upon completion of the investigation process within 14 business days.

09win's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the balance of funds held in the member's account at the time of the incident.

If you have any complaints or disputes regarding the platform 09win, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact Customer Support: The first step is to contact the 09win support team via live chat or email at support@09win.click. Clearly describe your issue and include any relevant evidence such as transaction numbers, screenshots, and the date of the incident.
2. Written Appeal: If you are unsatisfied with the response from our customer support team, you may submit a formal written appeal within 7 business days of the initial response. Your appeal will be reviewed by the 09win management team within 14 business days.
3. Final Resolution: The management team's decision following a thorough review is final and binding on both parties.

All disputes regarding the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be referred to the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where 09win operates. Bahasa Melayu is the official language for all communications and disputes relating to the 09win platform in Malaysia.

09win reserves the right to modify, update, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time in accordance with operational requirements, legal changes, or service improvements.

When material changes are made, 09win will:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document
• Sending email notifications to all active members
• Displaying a notice on the platform's main page for a minimum of 7 days

Continued use of the 09win platform after any amendments take effect will be deemed your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please discontinue use of the platform and contact us to close your account.
