Registering a 09win account is completely free and takes less than 2 minutes. Go to the Register, enter your full name (as per your MyKad), Malaysian phone number, active email address, and date of birth. Set a strong username and password, then verify your email. You must be at least 18 years old to register.

No. Each individual is only permitted one account at 09win. Registering multiple accounts violates Terms & Conditions and all associated accounts may be suspended with funds frozen. If you're experiencing issues with an existing account, contact our support team for assistance.

You can update certain details such as your phone number, email, and password via the Account Settings after logging in. However, changes to full name requires document verification (MyKad copy) and is processed by our support team. Usernames cannot be changed after registration.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process that requires you to submit a copy of your MyKad. It is required once your cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds RM5,000 or when our system detects activity that requires further verification. KYC is typically processed within 1–3 business days. Accepted document: a valid Malaysian MyKad.

Yes. You may request account closure through 09win customer support. Before closing, ensure all funds have been withdrawn first. Withdrawal

Log in to your 09win account and go to Wallet → Withdrawal. Select your withdrawal method (DuitNow, FPX, or e-wallet), enter the amount you wish to withdraw and your recipient account details. Submit the request and await processing. Withdrawal methods must match the deposit method that you use for transaction security.

Withdrawal processing times at 09win:

  • DuitNow: 15–30 minutes

Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During peak hours (weekend evenings), processing times may be slightly longer.

Minimum withdrawal: RM20 for all methods.
Maximum daily withdrawal: RM5,000 for non-KYC accounts, up to RM50,000 for accounts that have completed KYC.
There is no limit on the number of withdrawals per day — you may make multiple withdrawals as long as the cumulative total does not exceed the daily limit.

Common reasons a withdrawal may be declined:

A 100% deposit bonus of up to RM600 will be credited within 5 minutes. This bonus is subject to rollover requirements 15x and validity period 30 days. One bonus per account, cannot be combined with other promotions.

Rollover is the wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example: If you receive a RM100 bonus with a 15x rollover, you will need to place total bets amounting to RM100 × 15 = RM1,500 using the bonus funds. If the bonus validity period expires before the rollover requirements are met, any unbet bonus balance will be automatically forfeited. Any winnings converted from bonus funds upon completing the rollover requirement will be retained.
